Our Journey to B Corp Certification

We’re pleased to announce that we’re a Certified B Corporation. Our incredible team has worked hard to get here, and we’re so proud to have achieved such an important milestone…But what does it mean?

B Corporation is a type of business model that balances purpose and profit. Certified by the non-profit B Lab, B Corps are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, clients, suppliers, community, and the environment. This is a community of leaders, driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good.

To qualify as a B Corp, Fox Communications underwent a rigorous assessment to meet B Lab’s standards. This certification is not just a one-time achievement; it places us within a framework for continuous improvement. To maintain our B Corp status, we will undergo reassessment and verification every three years, ensuring our ongoing dedication to our community and the environment we operate in.

The actions we’ve taken to become a B Corp agency have always been an integral part of the Fox identity. From our responsible sourcing practices and climate-conscious initiatives to our inspiring charity partnerships and the amazing people driving change within our business and local communities, achieving B Corp™ certification is a celebration of everything we stand for.

As a B Corp, we are honoured to be part of a global community that is leading the movement towards a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative world with companies who are committed to achieving high standards of social and environmental impact.

 

 

So what does this all look like in action? 

We offset all business travel through partnerships with Trees4Travel, ensuring our journeys are as eco-friendly as possible

Our office is designed with sustainability in mind. We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies, refurbished hardware, and Green Energy to minimise our environmental footprint

We regularly undertake pro bono projects and events to support local charities such as OnePlate, Conservation Collective, and The Felix Project, helping to make a difference in our community

Other inspiring charity partnerships such as the  Quintessentially Foundation, allow us to give back on both a local and global level, aligning with our values of respect, diversity, and inclusion for all

Continually reviewing the wellbeing, financial, and professional development support we offer our team members so they can thrive both personally and professionally
